These beta terms are an engineering draft and require legal review before external availability.

Service scope

The service retains and reports authorized repository analytics. Availability, retention, and limits follow the active account plan catalog.

The service is independent and is not endorsed by GitHub. Users must comply with GitHub terms and install the App only where authorized.

Features, limits, and pricing may change during beta. Material changes will appear in the changelog and account plan display.

Users may not abuse APIs, circumvent limits, probe other tenants, upload unlawful content, or use the service to violate third-party rights.
